Default looking to run ss/j with a 383 mopar. need info

i'm looking into running my 70 roadrunner stickshift bracket car in ss/ j with a 383cid. is this a good combo? i've got the clutch and chassis dialed in. what heads to run? who do you use for cyl. head work.(i'm in chicagoland area) who to call for carbs? what intake? anymore info would be appreciated. thanks Dan.
