Default Overlength permit for Louisiana

How much is an over length permit for LA and where do I get one. Going to Belle Rose in March. Motor home and trailer are over 65'.
Thanks,
Ron

Default Re: Overlength permit for Louisiana

If you are not over 70' you don't need a permit.

http://wwwsp.dotd.la.gov/Business/Pa..._a_Permit.aspx

Go to the website, click on Truck Permits and then you can download rules and regulations. I found it on page 10 I believe, it was an exception for recreational vehicles.
