Re: RIP BJ Graham
I can count myself among those fortunate to have met BJ and Mike. A business trip to Phoenix made it possible, and they could not have been more open and welcoming to a stranger. At that time, BJ wasn’t racing, but I could plainly see how passionate she was in supporting Mike’s efforts. We even spent a few hours at a local cruise, just acting like typical gearheads.
It is so rare to find a lady with BJ’s determination and willingness to compete in this game - Mike was a lucky guy!.....Godspeed Mrs. Graham.

Re: RIP BJ Graham
Condolences to Mike and family. BJ always had a smile on her face whenever you would see her. I hope Mike and family can have some peace, knowing she is no longer suffering.

Re: RIP BJ Graham
I spoke to Mike a few days after the divisional and National Event at Vegas. He said BJ had a good time there. Last week he said she was not doing good. He did not return my call Thursday. I got a text message from him yesterday morning. I didn't want to look at it because I knew what it said.
BJ was a real fighter. She battled her cancer for years and I never heard her complain. She never felt sorry for herself. She was also a fighter at the track. She was serious about racing. We raced each other at Sonoma one year. As we were getting ready to leave the pits she came over to me and said "We may be good friends but I am still going to beat you." I was lucky enough to be friends with them. I will miss her and will continue to pray for her. Raul |
