SSSSA Race At West Palm Beach?

Jim Woods is working on getting approval for an SSSSA race at the Super Chevy race in April. What are your thoughts on this? There is still a question as to whether non-GM cars can race or if they will allow them this time. Jim is working on this. What are the member's thoughts on this race?

This is a go! I just got off the phone with Jim Woods. They will be paying him to run this race. This will be an SSSSA race, you must be a member to run. $20 for membership. This is an SSSSA Points Race. You may join at the race. See an SSSSA officer. $60 to enter, $1500 to win. Super Chevy does the payout. Same payout as the Citrus Nationals. April, 8-10, 2011. Jim

All Mopar, Ford, or GM cars welcome! Doesn't have to be a Chevy to run this time!

$1500 Win
$600 R/U
$300 Semi

who all plans to be there ? we need the support racers, palm beach has already commited to a s/ss in november at the citrus nat'ls, if we dont support these races , then they will be gone for good.

I intend to be there, $65 to run for $1500 is a great incentive. Thanks Jim for the effort and expect good support from racers now that the NHRA races are all over. Wonder if we'll see the Imperial Palace?????? Perhaps a U/SA match race with Hill and Ortiz ????
