Chris,
Your father went red because he was upset that he sold his Wally winning motorhome, and to add insult to injury, my flames look better then his. He was seeing red with anger and it made him go red. The good side to this is, he is cute when he is angry. Just dont tell Ron I said that! H.A.A.C. Racing |

I think they were doing the same thing at the Div 5 event in Brainerd. I usually carry .015 to .020 in SG, but I was running .000 to get teen lights.

Wow....Well, thanks for the info guys. I would have been scratching my head. I'll have to make sure when I go back to S/G regularly that I set the car on kill R.T. wise...
Very interesting... Jason Oldfield S/G & S/ST 1838 |

I agree if you have time to take out. Heavy cars are now not competive. Lets go back to a 5 tenths pro tree for sportsman. SC, SG and SST.

so only racer's with fat wallets should be allowed to run a Super catagory? How about the NHRA go back to usingf the .400 sportsman tree and use a faster tree for the pros if needed! I spent a lot of money to assure we could go .390 anywhere but now that'snot good enough and your answer is "spend more" No thanks, my sportsman experience has been enhanced enough. Somebody needs to come up with a delay that you can put negative numbers in. Even with one fo those "red" converters CBS endorses my SG car is .380 at best.
Maybe they should allow deep staging in SG. |

This is just the way is should be, like the good old days. You need to get under the car and change the converter and gear set, mess with the 4-link, make shock and front end travel adjustments. NHRA made a joke with the LED lights by making the old **** wagons go red. Now you have to work for it like it should be. If you don't like it stay home.

Hey SG596.
The tree was the same at Brainerd as it always is. Every year at that points race it is a minnimum of .20 slow. The rollout is almost 3 inches longer than any other D5 track we run at (except Great Bend this year, for whatever reason). Later, Jeremy Jeremy5123 |
