Well some Gremlins and Pacers are collectible....kinda....maybe...mine is such a social media superstar its even pictured in the Gremlin Wikipedia page under competition when Ed was running it at Cecil back in the day. The Gremlins do get their excessive amount of fan attention at races...Fans love the Gremlin...

A Shocking number of race fans have reported to losing their virginity to me in a Gremlin...usually right before a round.....that hasn't helped me go more rounds, as you can expect.

I bought the Mike Meier car (and trailer) earlier this year. Hope to have it going starting next year in Div2 and some NMCA events. Long time NSS racer here.

Welcome to the forum Al! Almost bought that car myself but could never work the logistics of getting up north for it. Gainesville usually has T&T before the season gets rolling and Jim Wahl will probably crank up the SSSSA races before the season opening D2 race in February. Good luck bringing the Spirit back to life.

Al, be nice to see the AMC at some D2 events next year. I'm going to rent Bradenton Motorsports Park in 4-5 weeks if you want in on a private track rental for some testing.

Thanks for the offer Todd. I doubt I'll be ready by then. Aiming for early January.

No problem, looks like we have a date of November 25th on the rental, I'll more than likely do another after the first of the year, contact me if you're interested. BMP has Thursday evening and Saturday morning testing typically so that may be an option too before the season starts.

Thanks again . Not giving up on AMC but I'm going to enter into bracket racing to start. found an S10 cheap only needs motor. I have an AMC at home but cannot be used for stock racing,it'll just be a cruiser. I have found a 74 hornet wagon 232 6cyl. The way I read the chart, rating factor is 19.33 T/SA ?? 14.40 et. i would have to get around 200HP to achieve this . I think could be done. but you need to make car run up 1 second under index to be competitive ? the car can easily become a 304 or 360 as well. so I guess i have to move to another section for bracket advice.
thanks again Gentlemen
I did read a good quote " Enjoy the ride there is no return ticket" George Carlin.
