Default Looking for advice on SBF S/S engine build

I have been a bracket racer for many years. I picked up a GT S/S Ford Probe that I am looking for some advice on the engine combo. I was told it is around 3 tenths off index. Who is the Ford go to guy in S/S?

For SS/GT, the person to talk to is Jeff Lawrence. Lawrence Racing Engines on Long Island.

He's smart and honest and can squeeze power out of anything.
