Default F body suspension advice

We have a couple customers that run F-body cars and cant seem to get them to work very well.
They have QA-1 shocks all around. BMR lower control arms, and spoon mid-mount torque arms, subframe connectors and a cage.

I see a lot of fast stockers really working well. These cars our customers have are making about 600HP. Can someone help me out with some suggestions PLEASE ! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
J.C.

Russell's bars are definitly a must to limit housing rotation .... I would also get rid of the short torque arm in favor of a stock length arm. ... Even a reinforced stock unit will work well when used with a crossmember attached to the connectors. Russell can help with that too. Shock settings are really critical if this is a small tire car , too much hit on the tire, and the shock bump setting may not be able to keep the tire hooked up. I have learned that trick suspension parts are not always necessary to put one of these cars on the bumper. ..... Tom

How can you get in touch with Joe Russel ?

Doesnt Al Corda run pretty fast in one of these cars with small tires on it ? How about Woodrow Josey?

I would love contact info for any of these guys....or anyone thats in the know on the suspension for these cars.

Thanks

You can reach Joe Russell@330-484-2960, or 330-268-6374. His parts are basic ,no nonsense stuff. .. I' ve used them on several F-bodies and they work! .. Current B and C/FIA record holder cars have them. .... I think Corda's car is a Wiebe car, also a LS1, Big difference in weight distribution over a LT1 motor. .....Tom

Why not buy a set of already done traction bars. These bars are even powder coated.
