Default Welcome to D1 yellow tape div. race

I broke a tranny at Atco, left there on Monday, drove home changed tranny and convertor
picked up my lovely wife and drove back to MG today arrived at 20.04 and got stacked, now I'am # 1 in stacking, but calling for rain all day tomorrow, ya think they would park tonight longer, i hope they all get sick in the wet weather during parking in the rain and then i unload my GC and drive inside and all ya see is yellow tape and red cones. At lease at Atco last week, from Wed at noon you could park all night on a honor system, go to the gate a pay the next day, that would never happen here, at lease in Bowling Green, they stacked ya on the race track. i hope all going well here and there tomorrow. time for bed, later Brian, PS i hope Dave removes all the tape, i spot would be fine, but football field sizes roped off, come on.

We cannot stay until Tuesday so we will have to pass on this weekend. The Norwalk deal last week was enough for us.

Brian - any idea why are these areas roped off?

Is it because of soft ground in the pits?

Or is it because those areas are being reserved or saved for some specific purpose?

Am I missing something? The two forecasts I've looked at only show a 40% chance of showers Sunday morning with steady rain arriving in the afternoon?

I can understand saving a spot for a friend. But to tape off 4 and 5 spots is BS
You should only be able to save 1 spot may be 2.thats plenty

Reserved for other racers, BY racers, i hope this yellow tape deal will stop, first come, first serve. i can see 1 spot, but not 5 to 8 spots, not fair to the first guys who arrive here and end up in the field.
