Are any aftermarket cast iron heads allowed in superstock c/s?

ok sorry brain fart . i'm a chevy guy i forget there are other brands. i should have said any oem iron inline valve head with an oem casting number. my bad.

what about an approved aftermarket casting that is legal for superstock ? like dart ?

None allowed; the approved cylinder head for GM the Bowtie Vortec racing cylinder head. Randy and Michael Mans are very fast with the GM head.

I have been told the best Blue Oval head is the N351 or N352 10 Degree head

No question early head is best for DR, fill the floor 3/8 inch and raise the roof the same amount it will be good!
