Default I need a good lawyer in Lincoln Nebraska

I won a lawsuit out there a couple of years ago and still have not been paid. I need a good lawyer to help me in seizing some assets (Going to start by taking his home if it matters). If you know of one please let me know.
Thanks
Rob

You can try a third party or collection agency but you will need to pay them a percentage. Even though you're entitled to recover many of the costs of collecting a judgment from the debtor, that won't do you much good if you can't even collect the original judgment. Remember the old saying, "Don't throw good money after bad"? If you're dealing with a debtor who is unwilling or unable to pay, you might eventually have to decide to cut your losses.

He asked for 30 days to pay. So the judge awarded me interest and future Increased costs. I would garnish his wages but there is already at least one other person. Who is doing that for previous lawsuits. And the way Nebraska is about wage garnishment I would get next to nothing. I really just need someone to represent me in court and fill out some paperwork. That way I don't have to keep traveling out there for court appearances. I think I may have found one today. He has dealt with this guy before and was involved with a recent lawsuit and wage garnishment.

I would garnish anyway so it doesn't appear you have abandoned your claim
