Re: Divisional Entry $?
Most Divisionals require crew members to have a wrist band to be in the lanes and up at the starting line. Don't think you can have a spectator get a band.

Re: Divisional Entry $?
When you sign for the restricted area wrist band, how do they know whether you paid as a spectator or a crew person?
I think everyone is missing my point, why does a crew person get charged more than a spectator in the first place? I know the answer, because they can. |

Re: Divisional Entry $?
In D3 you get a different ticket if you are a crew. Usually a different color, like spectators are red and crew is green, or the crew pass has "crew" stamped on it. You take that crew pass to registration and that's where you get the arm band.

I believe spectators have different colored wrist bands than crew so you can sign the waiver "upgrade" to a restricted area band. I've attended NHRA Divisional races where crew cannot get a restricted area wrist band without a minimum 2 day ticket, if they come for Saturday only a one day pass has them sitting in the stands. At Joliet the 3 day crew pass was $50 and I think the 2 day crew pass was $40. Spectator admission was $20 per day, and they may have had a combination discounted pass as well. |

Re: Divisional Entry $?
At the upconing race at Firebird (Boise) crew fee is $60.00 and spectator fee is a total of $70, if they go all days. The fees are what they are. If you look in the stands for a Divisional race you won't see many people. I would say most of the people in the stands, especially at Seattle, are friends of the racers or a few interested people.
If they want more spectators at a Divisional race the tracks need to advertise the race. Just my 2 cents. Sorry I got off subject a bit. Just my opinion, but fees for the Divisional races should all be the same, no matter which division they are in.

Re: Divisional Entry $?
They don't call division 6 "Land of the Leaders" for nothing.
