"plastic" sealed beams
At one point, cars that were equipped the two rectangular sealed beams per side [example 4651 or 4656 style beams] [also my 1982 3rd gen Camaro]
So far, I am not finding that replacement plastic bulb, only a glass replacement. Looking for help or part numbers or good condition used plastic. I need four bulbs, does not matter high or low beam, they are for appearance only.

Re: "plastic" sealed beams
If you do find them you will probably have to wet sand and polish them up since the plastic may be kinda cloudy. Here’s a link to a video i made when i did mine. Spraying them with clear when your finished may help too. Mine sits inside mostly so I didn’t worry about that step.

Re: "plastic" sealed beams
Mitch,
Thank You, I appreciate the information. However, I will not go to that effort. Four new easily available beams will be just fine.

Larry.
I found 4 on E-bay a few years ago. They were NOS in Wagner. They are in my car and yes, I did weigh the difference, but cant tell you because a few Birthdays have passed. somewhere in all my "Stuff" I have the boxes with my old lights in them.

Re: "plastic" sealed beams
As long as we are talking about "plastic" beams, where/who would have the round ones for like a 66 chevy2? I have looked at eBay several times, but its a hit and miss. Thanks.

Re: "plastic" sealed beams
Many thanks to all the replies. While I am hardcore, at this point in my mature years I will find other places to save 2 - 3 pounds.
