Hi Chris and Joe. I would imagine Steve Hinten and a couple others have me beat. I took delivery of the 66 Corvair in November 65 and ran it in Stock, at the local track, a couple of weeks later.

Steve Hinton has raced his 55 Chevrolet in Super Stock since 1965.

I did post that John and he has to be right at the top of the list. He has kids to raise unfortunately or he would be out there right now, he has had it tough since his wife passed and now loaded with grand kids. I really feel for the guy, grand kids are nice but they need to go home so you can find your brains once in awhile.

Still working on the 1969 Hurst AMC Super Stock AMXs so thought I would ad these that are still raced:

Prototype-Garrett Ghezzi bought it from Hurst and has raced it ever since:

Car #20-Bill Swad-Ray Whinery-Mike Withers

Car #34-Underdog (Don't know if it is still raced, but is a one owner).

Car #35-Drag-On Lady-occasional trip down the track

Car #36-Kim Nagel-was raced regularly until recently

Car #39-Pete's Patriot-occasional trip down the track

Car #41-Nolt Rambler is raced competitively in Finland

Car #50-Rodekopf and Bob "Tree" Smith-1 owner.

Car #?-original Beachy Brothers, then Jerry Platt and Charlie Souder.
