You can find them in assorted sizes in the "help" or "motor mite" line at most parts stores

If you mean the tiny ones used in linkages like the Holley adjustable secondary linkage, I found cotter pins and tiny clips like the ones on trailer hitches in a bin at Ace hardware. Take tweezers...
