Re: New England Nationals
Oh, I understand that, but it started out as a 4 day race for the first two years. My superior driving displays have allowed for me to go home on Friday night at both races, but I thought everyone was impressed with the crowd that the first race pulled. I heard that the crowd was not as big for the second. I was just surprised that it was cut back to 3 days, but coming the weekend after Englishtown, it will be a benefit for me.

I had 3 cars in it last year between myself and daughter, was going to shoot for 4 this year, but losing a day might make that tough.......and might not have 4 cars ready. Eric

Greg
Don't worry - it'll still be a good time. The weather was beautiful last year - if it's the same this year, the one day won't matter! I actually like the 3 day format - less sitting around and things get going a lot sooner. Even with the 4 day format, 90% of the time your running 1st rd on Friday morning... I'd gladly trade the extra 1 or 2 time runs to save a day.... (But that's me). I think it's better to make the time runs on Fri morning..... win 1st round in the early afternoon, and then relax for the rest of the day! I'll see ya there.

Re: New England Nationals
I believe that car count is a major factor in deciding whether it will be a 4 or 3 day race. The two years at New England were running well ahead of schedule, so they don't need as much time to run through everything.
Better to give fans three full days than four days in which they are running slowly to fill the time. Jim
