Frame reinforcement on class A
I bought a 34 ft motorhome with alot of overhang, been researching alot on reinforcing the frame. I went and bought some steel today and not sure if my plans are going to work.
I was going to build a inverted truss under the frame from the rear spring perch to the back, but the holding tank is in the way. I could fix that , but I wanted to get some ideas from you guys, my next problem is the hitch is only rated at 4500 lbs and I can't find a 10,000lb. hitch that is the same width as my frame 30". It is a John Deere chassis, what is the best way to reinforce the rear frame?

Re: Frame reinforcement on class A
Monte , Well ole buddy if it,,s a John Deer frame drop by the farm and we can hook you up,Got a old trolly hitch of a corn planter,,,I think will work. You know, kind of a POOR-BOYS TRAILER-TOAD ,,, for a tight-***** .. Do it like we talked about , it will be ok. LATER
