Corky, You don`t have to run SS/Stock race on saturday, you get same # of time trail`s & They let us back up Nat. Record on Sunday, if you didn`t race on sunday & did tear down, not for sure they still do this on record runs. Corky $100.00 or 200.00 You have to pay for Sunday.

There will be several G/SA cars there, so your Buick will feel right at home. Monty Jones' stuff is always fast so you'll have a good car to compare to.

Hope to see you there! -Al

My car is setup for F/SA, but I can't argue with that, see you Sunday

Is that Common Core math, Corky?
How did you turn $100 per day for 2 days into $365? Maybe you've been hanging out with Dirtbag already...

So there's no track entry fee for the NHRA open on Sunday?.If there is that would make it $365 total for 2 days..gsa612

I admit the poster is a bit confusing, but it's $100 for the Saturday combo and $100 for the Sunday combo (National Open).

It is confusing,it says $100 "paid at the gate" for NHRA eliminators. And "paid at the tower" $100 or $200 for both days for the S/SS combo. It's no big deal either way, good payout plus the grade point...gsa612

gsa612 $100 dollar`s paid @ gate is for nhra open sunday race, The $100 dollar`s you pay the tower is for Sat. race that you can race or not race, you only have to pay for sunday`s race.to get in,

Me too and it is a little different in that one tech card will cover both races.

I haven`t race in a couple years, The people @ the gate think you have to pay for both races when go in, had to tell them i was only paying for sunday. i was going to try to set record on sat., tear down in afternoon. failed tear down twice, 3 thousand on intake 2 years in a row, wayne lewis checking lifter got me, After the first time he went to Ron Taylor & checked it ok. but checked with stock solid lifter. Raced my wagon a few times the next year, I had two cars, went to Kearney the next year & failed again 3 thousand. i didn`t know wayne didn`t bring his adj. lifter to Ron`s the first time.
