Race # 4&5 At Lakeland

Due to the heat we have been experiencing we are considering running both races on Saturday Sept. 8. The second race would be run later, in the evening when it is cooler. We would start at our normal time and take a break after the first race and probably start the second race around 5pm and race as long as it takes into the evening. Also the track is having a "275 DOT Tire" race (that usually draws a good crowd) Saturday evening that would be run between our elimination sessions. This would leave Sunday open for travel or a rain date just in case. I would like some input on this idea. Please email me or leave your comment here. Thanks Jim & Jim.

Sorry Jim, youth football season has my Saturdays until Oct 20. Was looking forward to Sunday, but, oh well.

Did you ever talk to the officers about the 2nd chance race ? Were you able to get your fuel?

I have to work Sat. but Dad is probably free

I'll be there Sat night and Sunday though.

I'm good with whatever you want to do Jim. That's why YOU get the BIG bucks, as President. Does that mean there'll be no "no-box" bracket race?

Changed converter today so look out --- Dad will be there!! May need to install swing out bar. Dad has cases of new Salsa --- ooops! What's the plan for food? I can help out if needed.
