Re: Wheelie Pic
Looks great. What combo do you have in it? Motor, tranny and rear gear?

Re: Wheelie Pic
Man it looks good. I tried 2" headers on my 427 BBC and it killed the torque. I have the same car, same rear set up small tire turbo 350 and gone 9.89et 1.37 60' but don't look that good. What kind of conditions are you running in? I bet you have more et there. I went 9.89 at 133
You must have 725 horse I'm guessing. Last edited by 67camaroracer; 11-10-2007 at 04:40 PM. |

Re: Wheelie Pic
That pass was off the trailer right before the ring gear broke! On the next pass I heard a noise in the rear on the shutdown and decided to load up. I found several broken teeth on the ring gear the next day. I just finished buttoning it back up with a new 4.33 Pro Gear. I'm certain the car will go into the .60's under similar conditions. The DA was 213' that day.
Last year with 1 7/8" headers it went a 9.83 @ 136.01, 1.349 60 foot with a strong tail wind in 850' DA. |

Re: Wheelie Pic
Pretty good conditions compared to Lebanon Valley Dragway where i run. Still can't figure out how your running such a small primary tube. It must be the difference between the AFR exhaust port and the Merlin exhaust port.
