All Access sign up question - Page 3

I had the same problem with my password from the All Access site. Just click on the forgot my password link and use a new password. This site requires minimum 8 characters, 1 capital, 1 lower case, and one special character also.
Mine works fine now.

Tried that multiple times...following all the password rules...still no go...

It took me twice but after I understood the password complexity I got it done. I hope it has improved since my last time.. I took last year off and decided to try it again since we have a new provider.. I am hoping for a wonderful season and many hours of enjoyment.. Not frustration...

I am equating this to buying a new model car in its first year. Will observe from the side lines and hope any glitches are resolved before I sign up just for the Indy Nats coverage.

And can I skip the commercials? Most are neither informative or even funny anymore...

I have been Emailing thru support@nhra.tv the E mails are signed Deepak Bora

There was no resolution to the Issue today at all...

Has Anyone been signed up for this Yet ? i have been trying for three hours even called > still no Promo Code or anything to Pay them money complete silence ??

I was able to submit a contact request asking about the discount. I was not able to do that yesterday. I also emailed them support@nhra.tv and got a response that someone will look into my question and email me back. Lets see how it goes. I can log in to the site anytime with my password. But it seems we need a promo code to get the discount. I am not going to subscribe at full price and try and get the 25% back later. I don't think it will happen. I will let you know what they say.

That is exactly what happened to me ? waiting ?,made calls? left messages? Nothing so far

I got an E mail this morning with a different link to log in. Was able to log in then change my password with no issues. I'm good to go ! Hope all you guys get your issues resolved.
