Glancing at this quickly it looks like the E7TZ-6049-C was replaced by the F0TZ-6049-C and then finally the F1ZZ-6049-B follewed by 2 part numbers that look to be valve stem seals. For some of the people who may be a little better with ford part numbers what is the significance of the final "-C" and "-B" I ask.. because the E7 head that is legal is not a "-C" as listed in this OSI book...it's a "-PA" The second reason I ask it that I have come across a couple sets of F1ZE-AA heads which are the early GT40 heads before the GT40P head (which I believe is the F3ZE) The way the blueprint reads the "F1ZE-AA" is not legal.. but maybe I just don't know enough about all this and its all the same thing.. I also beleive the F1ZE-AA head has bigger valves than the E7TE-PA head.. |
