NHRA/SRAC meeting minutes
When nhra and the SRAC reps have a meeting or conference call those minutes need to be made available to all stock and super stock racers who currently have a valid competition license. We racers need to know what our reps are saying to nhra in these meetings. I'm being told by nhra they talked to the SRAC reps about my proposals but yet I never heard a word about it from my Division 4 SRAC rep. That's not right. Jackie Alley and others have asked me a lot of questions about how reps are chosen, what length is their term, and how their appointed. The racer needs to be informed about it what is going on between nhra and reps. I've never received an email from my rep and I've had a valid license since 2006.........Ed

Re: NHRA/SRAC meeting minutes
You should contact your SRAC rep. They are supposed to make available information about those meetings. It's part of their job. Pay attention who you vote for; your vote matters.

Re: NHRA/SRAC meeting minutes
I would believe more than politics and personal agendas of the SRAC rep, NHRA is just placing blame for their own future path for NHRA sportsman. I always received an email of the meeting discussions (not minutes but generalized). I do believe your SRAC rep needs to add you to his email list, as I made it a point to speak with him and was added very early on. And yes I voiced my opinion (vote) with him clearly whenever it was noted about "The committee is considering" !! I agree with most of Ed's points and these were brought up at one point or another and I am obviously in the minority here also. Sad the road Stock and SS are headed down. Shoe polish or...
Attached is an older list of SRAC reps.

Any division 6 stock or super stock racer that doesn't have my email send me a PM and I'll send it to you.

Re: NHRA/SRAC meeting minutes
I really don’t understand why you folks are trying to change the world we live in.
This is drag racing can’t we be happy racing? You are trying to get more heads up racing ?Very rarely does it happen in class racing So combining stick and autos will make it happen Don’t think so You do have more than 10 stick car s at any time. Your in the minority’ Your getting all over our SRAC reps. Who would want to put up with the bashing You want tear downs? Really. That bus left the station aloooooong time ago I mean the SRAC got the FXX crap fixed. Give some credit Please get over pushing Your Agenda AND RACE.

And the comment about tech and the threat of a tear down? May as well do away with qualifying and just have random pairings for 1st round like at the national opens. No scales, no fuel check....Maybe you believe most individuals are honest and law abiding but.... lets shut the police departments down and see how that works out

Re: NHRA/SRAC meeting minutes
Really John. Let’s get real. Me you and Ed have some pretty fast cars correct
I wasn’t around running off the record but I’m good with it If you want class with tear down INDY is the only place. Can’t recall see you 2 go recently. It’s been a bracket race forever By the way You and Ed have 2 combos that have very little competition Who’s fault is that? By the way them combos are soft as peanut butter. Lol
