Fuel line, what's the best?
Aluminum line? Braided hose? Other? Pros and cons?

If you use a steel line, either DOT approved or coated. Bare steel line will corrode. Either Aluminum or a good brand braided hose or stainless.

I agree on the ®Teflon lined braided. I use the black nylon braid but the braided ss will outlast most of us.

The best steel braided hose for a fuel system is the Goodridge G-Line XF 811 hose. Will work with any fuel, with anti-static properties and resistant to fuel vapor leakage.

I use aluminum. It's light, easy to shape, and cheaper than braided. That said, I use braided for vibration connections.
