Is there anyone at Chevrolet Performance that someone could contact about older combinations or are all they are concerned about is the new cars?

This board and others have a wealth of information available. An older Chevy combination, someone on here has likely done it, or knows someone who has. What do you have in mind ?

According to NHRA they don't have the engine specs for a LT1 in a 1970 Nova aka Yenko deuce. It has to be sent from Chevrolet. There is plenty of evidence that Chevrolet built about 275 of these cars including the VIN numbers of all the cars but NHRA won't put them in the classification guide.

Some '70 LT-1 Nova facts:
- They are COPO 9737AA
- Don Yenko took delivery of all but a couple of the 178 or so that were built.
- Most were made into Yenko Deuces at Yenko
- Several went into Canada in non-Yenko Deuce trim
- They were available with both 4 spd and TH400 transmissions

It's really a shame that these well documented cars aren't in the guide.
