Hooptie storage near USNATS
I have bought a POS rusty roller cop Fury that only runs with the gas in the carb trick in WI. I am seeking a racer near the Indy track to hold the car until my crew comes up for USNATS Indy. I would use a USSHIP vendor to get it to you and my crew would grab it during the NATS. Thanks 337-499-44 three five or PM, thanks PHISH

Re: Hooptie storage near USNATS
We are all set. Thanks to Frito, James Caro, and Rick at A&A trans. Will have it shipped there and my super crew will grab it the week of Indy. Thanks to Class racer as well. You gotta' love the racing family. Phish

Re: Hooptie storage near USNATS
Thank you James and Rick for offering to help but I found a decent open trailer haul and the hooptie is here, good thing. After the wreck getting it unloaded I am glad I did not put A&A thru that pain. The seller said no brakes: they were off the car and in the trunk. Naturally it was on the upper deck with truck driver at the wheel. When I gave it a small tow rope tug with tractor, here it comes! Rolls like a Holt race car. So I am in tractor low range reverse wide open dropping the pallet forks. BOOM! Forks stabbed the gas tank and it spilled everywhere. Thank God the rotten gas did not blow up. Good news is the thing runs and AC has pressure but needs charge. Fred Sanford
PS due to a minor part failure I AM WALDO Last edited by Spyphish; 08-15-2018 at 07:25 PM. |
