Default Converter I.D. ?

I need some help identifying this 8" converter with the following stampings:
23208XM
88025XXS
313452 42
Any info greatly appreciated.

mike,it looks like some of the markings Ive seen on a TCI convertor.Does it have a ring welded to it for the mounting instead of lugs?

The number is a Turbo Action part number.
