Live from the Northwest Nationals
And ... we're back! Betcha thought I wasn't going to post anything. Au contraire!
It was a nice overcast day at Pacific Raceways. Perfect weather for drag racing. Not too hot, not too cold and not raining! Although there was some moisture on the car when I got there this morning, they started pretty much right on time. I wanted to wait until I got home to post any videos so I could post them in 720p. I will have Super Stock Q2 up shortly. Here's Super Stock Q1: |

Re: Live from the Northwest Nationals
Wish we were there again this year! Toby, did you make it down to the Tiki Bar yet? I wonder if they have the blender powered by the dragster engine running this year? I didn't see Phillip and Kelly Marvetz in the qualifying. They were a lot of fun last year.
Hey, Good Luck and thanks for the videos! |

Re: Live from the Northwest Nationals
It's been barely misting most of the morning. They ran about half of Super Street then they finally stopped after the mist got heavier. I had to wipe the water off my window to put the first three numbers of my dial-in on. I'm surprised they ran as long as they did. We are on hold right now.

Re: Live from the Northwest Nationals
We're taking this year off from running the stockers @ NHRA events, I need to save my money so I can buy some better Ebay parts. :-) The Hemi is slowly getting better, It went 10.40 @ 127 last weekend.
Good luck to Team Nasty Fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Toby. The videos are top notch. Next best thing to being there.
Three of the coolest SS'ers in the country (in no particular order): Bell's Challenger, Nottingham's Fairlane, and Isherwood's Belvedere -- can't believe how fast he's going these days.
