Know something about the government, the CIA has nothing to do with security of the President, his family or the White House. This is the sole responsibility of the Secret Service. At the time of discovery the Biden family was at Camp David. The drugs were found in a common area that tourist occupy prior to entering the White House. Of coarse, one would know that if they took the time to visit the place.
