Default Mopar f body rear suspension

Just picked up a mint '78 Aspen SW 360 4bbl. Looking at the front spring hangers and they don't look like your typical Mopar. I thought that the front had the Iso suspension nad not the rear. Is there a fix for this rubber biscuit? Can I just use an aluminum spacer or is there a better fix? THX

I went with a Mono leaf and a solid bushing, You'll also want to get rid of the rubberized spring perch also.
