Competition number
So I am in the process of rejoining NHRA getting my competition license and number. I am trying to get my previous number 7950 for Stock and Super Stock and was told someone now has that number. I have been to a lot of Div 7 events and have looked at National event entree lists and have never seen that number. Does anyone know who has it?

Re: Competition number
https://www.nhra.com/standings/2022/...on-7?tab=stock
Here is a place to start, if they ran Divisionals. Click on the driver, number comes up. This is Stock. Make sure you select "All" not "Top 15 Qualified", from the menu. Good Luck Rod |

Re: Competition number
Operative word is think. I had a tech guy on another site tell me he has a website tech guys have access to that shows my number is available in both classes.

Re: Competition number
A number of years ago I was contacted by a "new" Racer who got my contact info somewhere. The Racer wanted to know if I would "sell" him my number!
Fixed it Mark!

Re: Competition number
Believe it or not , I know of a few guys who haven't raced in decades, who keep paying for their old number. Not about to give them up now..
I don't believe the Divs are allowed to give out the current number holder's indentities. You can suggest a bunch of different ones to see if available. I rejoined in 2014 , but couldn't get 7001 , which I used in the late 2000's, so I asked for another number we had previously used. This year 7001 was available..Someone had given it up. Never did see them out there ??
