Re: Live from orlando
Another good thing about going to this race for me was being able to meet a couple of people that are members of this forum, and putting faces with the names I see on here.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mack Reeves yesterday for the first time and hearing about the new Drag Pak Challenger he will be picking up in the near future. That's going to be an awesome car. I look forward to seeing it completed and running. (just a note here.....and I'm a Chevy guy) I then got to meet Casey Miles yesterday also. I enjoyed listening to him tell me about his early days of running stock eliminator with his Camaro. Just as everything was winding down to a close, I struck up a conversation with a gentleman next to the SSSSA tent and found out it was Jim Davis who has posted on this forum about his '61 bubble top 409 Chevy he has been working on for some time. He told me it is very close to completion and I am looking forward to seeing it run when he brings it out. Mr. Davis, if you happen to read this, while I was driving home last evening I was wondering if you were able to use any of that information I passed along a few months ago concerning the exhaust pipe extention for your generator? Hope to see many of you, if not all of you at the Douglas race in a few weeks. Hey Dan Moore, you're #1. RIP Mark Graham

Hey Joe, did you go out for a shrimp dinner last night, or are you still in therapy? Jim

Re: Live from orlando
Jim, it is so nice of you to inquire about my shrimp withdrawals and therapy. The staff at the Happy Home rehab center have advised me to stay off of the shrimp until the weekend of Nov. 27-29. I have been instructed to go to a certain location along US 41 between Cecil and Adel Ga. on that weekend where I will meet up with some friends who will force me into a return trip to the Fish House. The kind people at the rehab center said they will have a room reserved for me that following Monday if I need further treatment. I can't wait!
Hey Dan Moore, you're #1. RIP Mark Graham
