Superstock legal head work
http://www.hotrod.com/articles/photo...ng-mel-engine/. In last years engine master Kaase created a different concept in a MEL engine that seems like it would be legal in superstock if someone did it,What do you think???

I think the head gasket and the valve seats would be a point of discussion.

Now you did it. Going to have to put Dwight back to work again.
I found a 60 Ford MEL 430, but @ 350 hp, going to need some help. 60 Merc, 310 /430. I suspect that's a 2 bbl. Also 383 MEL , 285? Can't find the specs. Sorry, bud.

I don't think it will make it in NHRA SS, but it fit our Engine Masters Rules.
(EMC rules for the Vintage class were fairly wide open) It had one "area of concern" but he sent pictures and we approved it prior to the event.
