Re: Bowling Green combo
It'd be really cool if everyone who was in made it back, and more showed up besides. A nice way to say thanks to Bowling Green and Comp Cams for what they've done for us.

Wasn't able to make the Oct. combo race, got the car back together and planning on making the Nov. makeup race. Sounds like the weather might be a little cold, bring a jacket with you. J. Gower K/S 3058

Re: Bowling Green combo
We had 61 cars, again, a great run out, especially considering it was pretty cold (at least it seemed to be pretty cold for all those people walking around asking me how I could stand to be in a short sleeve shirt) and the time switch that had us racing well after dark. I'm not sure who won, we left after watching the fourth round, after we lost in the third.
A big thank you to the Beech Bend staff for putting on a great Stock-Super Stock Combo series this year, and thanks to Comp Cams and TCI for stepping up to sponsor the show. The Stock and Super Stock racers in our area really appreciate it. We hope to be fortunate enough to have Beech Bend have the series again next year.
