Default Pure Stock Roll Bars? other Questions

Regarding a 1986 305 Camaro.
1) Are roll bars allowed in Pure Stock? No mention in rule book not allowed?

2) Aftermarket Shifter allowed?

3) Mini spool in 7.5 rear?

Thanks

Roll Bars YES!.
And mandatory if quicker that 11.49sec or Convertible.
Aftermarket Shifter YES.

MiniSpool....I do not know..but should be ok!
They are a bit stronger more reliable than Posi's.

Thanks Dan, I knew you would be on this ASAP !!

Have this 1986 Camaro with a great running 305 4 bl , originally thought about 4 cylinder W/SA car (have lots of 151 CI parts for that) but would be cheaper right now to build a PS

Add a higher stall converter for the 700R4 , 4:57 gears w/spool (have) , headers, roll bar (just in case want to make a traditional stocker too one day) fix body ect.

I guess it would fall into E/PS with a 13.40 index. I think very possible with those gears. Even though here in Northeast not much IHRA, car could run ASRA Stock/Super stock combo races, then remove mufflers to bracket race. Also drive on street locally ( would trailer to track)

Will, talk to Lloyd Rielly former owner of RCE Machine in New Milford. He still has his E/PS record holder. He's a great guy and a wealth of knowledge. Call me at The Toy Box and I'll hook you up.

Hello Will...very Welcome!
Right now watching the snow come down.
Otherwise yeah should run well under the E/PS index.
Btw if you are using stock exhaust manifolds you can run without mufflers.
Mike Taylor has a similar combo in a Malibu.
Ping Mike Baker confirming the class.

Awesome..will post on Pure Stock photo gallery.
Web master only allows 50 pictures and will not let me start a second.
Going to need some help from another racer to post 50 more!

Can run roll bar/cage,but have to keep rear seat though, had mine out and had to reinstall it.
if it is flat top 305 have nice set of venolia pistons .030 they are older so they would be heavy enough to be legal $375.00 for them
