Default Valve springs

I would like to talk valve springs. What's being run on these high winding engines turning 7-8-9000 rpm or more on stock engines? Beehive or regular type? What brand do you like? Seat and open pressures? Solid lifter of course.
Thanks, Mike

On a PAC 1409X, 200-ish seat is common.

Your cam manufacturer can tell you exactly what you need.

I have used a lot of springs, the longest lasting springs I have found over the years are from PAC. For solid rollers I like the 1356 springs. 1.5" dia.
