Default Racers Helping Other Racers

Sometimes when your trying to help some one, the person your trying to help can help you more than you help them.
Danny Byrd shop does custom exhaust and makes drive shafts. So we dropped off a drive shaft so he could make a spare. In parting I ask if there was anything that I could help him with. "I'm looking for a 110 Flow bench". I knew of one and said I would check on it. Long story short it had been sold. Danny thanked me and asked if I needed anything. It was a tool I heard about at the PRI show and have not been able to find one. To my surprise Danny had two of them that I was welcome to use.
So this may not be the place but if anyone knows of a 110 Flow Bench for sale please let me know, I owe him a favor.
Thanks Larry Hill

Default Re: Racers Helping Other Racers

I finally met Danny at Roger Gibson's restoration shop a whle back. In person, even more impressive than all the stories about him. He's the racer we all wish we were.
