Re: New style inline manual shifter?
Like Sean , I also started out with T5 Mustang 5 speeds in my 85 M/Stocker,after breaking one, I decided to cut my losses, and sell the good T5, and bought a used Jerico DR4, and never looked back. If that sequential shifter really is $2500., that is more than I paid for either of my used DR4s, that both come with Long V Gate shifters. Considering all the compromises of using a street type transmission (non optimal ratios or the ability to select from a vast number of available ratios, a useless, un needed overdriven 5th, weaker gears etc, ) that shifter money could be much, much better spent.
