Re: question about what class would this combo be
The 6 cylinder Super Stock modified classes are:
-SS/DS, 12.00 or more pounds/cid; 2,900 pound minumum, single 750 carb; sticks limited to four forward speeds (same motor in a half-ton, 1990 and newer truck would be SS/TD, should you choose a truck combo, and same rules apply as SS/DS) -SS/GM, 10.50 or more pounds/cid, non-supercharged inline 4 and 6 cylinder and straight 8 engines with stock production-type heads; two- four barrel or three- two barrel American production carburetors; sticks can be 3, 4 or 5 speed -SS/AX, 8.50-10.99 pounds/cid; any standard OEM carburetor(s) also OEM or NHRA-accepted aftermarket OEM-type fuel injection permitted; sticks maximum five forward speeds -SS/BX, 11.00-12.49 pounds/cid; any carb(s), 5 speed -SS/CX 12.50 or more pounds/cid; any carb(s); 5 speed

Re: question about what class would this combo be
If you used the stock, 250 cid/155hp motor in a two door coupe or sedan, it would fit SS/PA.
