Lot of machining time there---what is its purpose??? looks like a type of Throttle body injection system to replace a 4 bbl carb-- looks also like it was machined from a solid piece of stock unless he made a casting and then worked it down rom there---pretty neat looking piece --FED 387

Yes, I love it, so smooth and fast. On a reasonably sized pistol round (.45acp or smaller) 600 rounds per hour is pretty easy with only a case feeder. Something like a .500 magnum is 450 per hour.

Some special drag race piece that uses like an L98 TPI throtle body or the like, it had some crazy diverter stuff in it too.

years ago i was very involved with competitive shooting, every night I shot at least 300 rounds with my .45 and practiced trigger pull withe a tricked out Ruger bull barrel .22. When the local rang near my house closed down, it made it too difficult to practice. So most of my pistols are now collecting dust.

i have a 650 and 550C in the rafters.

You can always go back to it later. My stuff doesn't get used as much as it should, I've been collecting lead for years, someday I'm going to do some casting and get into .45LC for some of my cowboy 6 guns.

More powder done today, don't have a plan for this weekend but there's lots to do so we'll get to it tomorrow morning.
