Default radiator cap

what radiator cap would you run on a chevy 327 super stock motor????

Thought someone else would jump in here, but I will give my 2 cents... Not an expert here by any means.

I run a 18 psi cap on my stocker, with a good catch can. With all that said, very seldom ever get it hot enough to put anything in the can. Even in hot weather with back to back runs, a good cooling system does not let things get that hot.
