NMCA, Great Place To Race
Stock/Super Stock fans and racers, click the link below to see the latest story on Class Racer Magazine.com. It covers cool Stock and Super Stock classes in the NMCA (National Muscle Car Association) and highlights the series. You may be surprised to see that your car fits and you'll have a blast racing with that group.

How about suggesting an NMCA event in Div.1.

Re: NMCA, Great Place To Race
From when we attended lots of races with Chris Rini running Pro Street and winning championships, to supporting the NSS class, and Doug Duell's Dragnwagn, to running the COPO and Challenger, we always had a great time with these guys. The NMCA events are different than what stock and SS racers would be accustomed to, and in a great way. Check them out, hit a race, you will have fun!

Re: NMCA, Great Place To Race
I have to agree. The NMCA really treats their racers well. They will be seeing a lot more of me in the Chevrolet Performance Stock class in 2017. (DR525 sealed crate motor)

Agree. NMCA really is a neat place to race. Hope they get down to our area.

Re: NMCA, Great Place To Race
I have raced with this series since 1992. It has always been a fun place to race. In the the last few years the series has even gotten better. Car counts have been going up in all class and the stands are filling up. If you have not been you should give it a try.

Re: NMCA, Great Place To Race
For all you competitors looking for a little change of pace in competition check out our rules at NMCAdigital.com then click on the Racer/Car Show banner and go to rules, the complete NMCA rule book is posted on line. This is the time of year we start reviewing rules for the 2017 season, and as we do every year encourage our competitors to submit rules request which are reviewed and discussed with the rules committee before any rules changes are made. I would suggest that if there is a class that you are interested in but have ideas please forward those to us at NMCArules@promediapub.com
Hope to see many of you next March in Florida to start off the 2017 season |

New nmca class for 2017
The General Rules Committee met and we have decided to put together an entire "New Class" rules package for 2017. We realize there are many competitors with Stock and Super Stock and similar cars that would like to compete in the NMCA Championship Series but do not fit the current rules for Nostalgia Super Stock. We are looking at a 5 tenths full tree, brake out eliminator the would have the feel and design of Stock / Super Stock combo but from there it is a clean sheet of paper. We would ask that anyone interested please submit you suggest ASAP to nmcarules@promediapub.com
