Default Cam Question

Does anyone have any input on a good super street cam. I have a 454 30 over ,12.5 to 1, 4.00 steel crank, std. rods, iron 320 merlin heads, single plane intake w/ a dominator. Select turbo 400 w/ brake , 5000+ converter, 9" rear w/ 488 gears. Back half w/ 15x33 tire. I was looking at comp cams , howards cams and bullet cams. Thanks for any help in advance.

Comp cams used to have a really easy on valvetrain solid roller that was somewhere around .688 lift that works well. I think it was in the Magnum series.

I ran that cam in my first s/c engine ( .060 over 427 w/ iron heads). It made 698hp on dyno w/a 1050. That engine ran really good for what it was. I would definately recommend that cam. It worked well on the stop too.
