Re: Top Stock part 1
Dave Ley did such a good job in Division one with it. Would love to see it again. It was a blast to run. Barry

Re: Top Stock part 1
I don't know if Top Stock or Junior Stock will be sponsored again. Very little participation in Division One lately. Thought this was a performance based class? Everyone afraid to show how fast you can go ?Guess we should all put no time on our windshields and shut off scoreboards. Doesn't cost anything to participate and you can win stuff and have fun.

Re: Top Stock part 1
Thanks for the info. Top Stock was fun until IHRA relinquish control of the rules.
I think Pontiac Racing out of Michigan with Corda at the wheel won the first one at Norwalk. I think other winners were Byrd, Team Checkmate, Helms, Joesy, Morgan, Sorenson, Bogan, some nitrous guy, GM Fastburn, Rix, and others |

Re: Top Stock part 1
Me too. Always in the hunt for that elusive first 9 second pass. What happened to the car?

Re: Top Stock part 1
Did Jim Waldo win some sort of Top Stock race many years ago with his Mustang?

Re: Top Stock part 1
Joe, I seem to recall Jim did win a Top Stock race too, not sure where though. Also, enjoyed seeing the Alouise when he brought it out to Mission during the hunt for the first 9 second Stock run. At least once they brought a SS/BA Plymouth as well. Have heard nothing about them or the Tiger car in years.

Re: Top Stock part 1
To my knowledge he still has the '63 car but the '64 SS/BA car was auctioned no reserve several years ago it went cheap.
