Everyone I know that has a green/white handle Sears jack has had good life out of it.I also have a Walker jack from 1972 that still works to this day.It's a heavy mother too.

The 1.5 ton is junk. Mine went out on me and I no longer had the reciept. Sears would not exchange my jack for another one without me calling customer service 14 times. Sears told me that they couldn't exchange my jack because some people lie and say that they haven't had their jacks for a year. Sounds to me like they were calling me a liar. I wouldn't buy another Sears tool again after all this.
