Default Lightest front tires

Who makes the lightest 27" or 28" front tire? I have looked at the different specs but would like to know numbers from someone who weighed them. In the past the good years were lightest but not sure what is out there now. Thanks!

Check the websites of the tire companies,a lot of them put the weight with the info of each tire. I`m sure they`re all pretty similar. On my car the best wear has been from the Mickey Thompson version.

X3, I have had the same set of 7.10 Moroso Drag Special front tires on my bracket car for about 15 years now , they still look like new. On my Mustang, I have a pair each of M/T ET Front 26"s, and 27 1/2"s, that I switch back & forth, after 7 or 8 years, both sets of M/Ts are about worn out, and show noticable weather checking cracks on the sidewalls. Also the Morosos never seem to lose any air pressure, the M/Ts were also pretty good in that respect, but the Morosos held full pressure during 6 months of winter hibernation. The only problem with the Morosos is a limited selection of sizes, and availability locally.
