Default Front end limiters

Looking for suggestions on front end limiters for 66 chevy2. I know I could go the chain/cable route from shock tower to upper control arm but was looking for something a little more adjustable. Thanks.

Default Re: Front end limiters

Ed,on my 65 Mustang , which has a similar front suspension, I fabricated a 90 degree bracket from 1/4” steel. Mounted it on the frame rail between the control arms and added an adjustable threaded bumper. The upper control arm will need a 3/16 or so bump pad welded behind the ball joint on the underside of the arm. Keep in mind the control arm is not level and you will need to match the angle. It’s simple and easy to adjust.
