Default Chevelle SS 396 Stocker

This is another group of pics I took at the Survivor Car Show in St. Charles Illinois on June 23 2012. This show is for original cars that are unrestored. I do not know how the judging went because it has not been posted on their website. This car is listed as J. D. Frailey from Wisconsin. If you know any more about it feel free to post.

Thanks for the post Gary, it will be interesting to see how the judges did with this car, although I think the racing aspect of it did not please them any.

Regarding "originality" for this show's purpose, I noticed another vehicle that I am watching to see just how it will be judged. A late 50's Merc that had spent most of it's life in a museum and only had 4000 miles on it. While the body, interior and I am sure the undercarraige were fantastic, I was wondering how the judges like the touch up to the engine compartment. It looked awfully nice to have been built that way.

It seems this Chevelle had some old battle scars that needed to be worked out...
