Default converter stall speed?

I have a 67 camaro that weights 3160 the motor is a 400 sm block, cam at .50 is int 254 and ext 262, fast burn heads, 211 trans, 456 gears and tires are 29.50/ 9/15, I was wanting to know what stall speed would I need? Thanks

Is it just a race car?,, or is it occasionly driven on the street? It makes a big difference.

sound like u got a small cam in it so what trans r u running???? and r u foot braking it or trans braking it ???

Like what Eric basically said,,,any manufacturer can set you straight after you give them all your specs. Ballpark,, I'd think with a 400 and a not too crazy cam,, I'd guess you'd be happier with something around a 4000-4500 stall 8 or 9 in converter, compared to something like a 5500 or higher like us guys with smaller motors ( 327s - 350s) use.
