What helps to reduce lower back on long tows
What helps to reduce lower back pain on long rides any thing longer than 6hrs to the tracks . Other than stopping for a break and walking around . Or is the seat in my 2011 gmc a major cause ? The seats back is curved and not very straight so I have a pillow to support my lower back . Never though to look at tow rig seats at the track till now .

Take a couple of ALIEVE or ADVIL prior to getting in your truck. After having two back surgeries it work for me

If the seat has no adjustable lumbar support, get an Obusform brace....they work! My F250 also has a inboard armrest that helps to relieve pressure. The more seat configuration features you have, the better so that you’re not forced to remain in the same position for hours.
